Looking down at lightened villages
from 35000 feet above the sea
takes me back to the narrow streets
where I once played Pithoo game
where I knew every shopkeeper’s name
where my childhood grew over years
and disappeared into adulthood fears
Looking down at fire in the forest
from my office in the air, the best
takes me to a place inside
where I can see my inner light
tangerine, yellowish and bright
like the flames rising high
from the green dense jungle
making me stumble upon
the fire inside my belly
making a perfect tally
Looking down at the ocean
filled with lighted fishermen’s boats
takes me to the beautiful illusion
of sky being upside down
flying over the land of stars
brightens up my gloomy heart
I am floating on the clouds
my inner voice shouts aloud
“Thank you Almighty
for making my life extraordinary.”
Looking at the star shooting
in front of my windshield
is not less than a miracle
it’s a God’s message
given by an oracle
Venus blooms on my window
Crescent moon bestows
her calmness and grace on me
Pole star guiding me on my journey
Journey to nirvana, renunciation
to the process of demolition
of I, myself, me and mine
where only you are find
where only you are find.
